Cool Voyager

Dear Mr. Photo Natzi,

Enclosed, please find photos of The Coolman's first day at his new home!  Of course, as soon as I ran out of film, he and sweet William started playing kissy face through the fence.

"OK, Aren't I just the sweetest thing?  Now can I get the He** out of this stall?"
Cool Voyager "chilling out" on his first day at his new home - yes, that's the Connecticut River off to the right!

"Ahh... this is better than racing any day!"
In the beginning... this was my first lesson on the Cool Man.
The end of the Cool Man's training - I brought him home after this session! :)
The view from the new ring... priceless!

(That's the Connecticut River in the background)

This is Jake.  He is three (1999).  He's had me since he was 6 months old.  He jumped into the van I drive for work, curled up on the seat, looked at me and said, "OK, I own you now.  Take me home!"  I really was bringing him home to someone else!  Half-way home as I looked down at him sound asleep in my lap, I said "OK, you win!"

Cat on a hot tin roof... see him?

"Thistledown's Sweet William" is 10 (born in 1992) and 31 inches tall.  I've had him for 9 years.  In this photo he was a year and a half.

My mighty stallion.  He thinks he is just as big as his brothers.
[...not a stallion anymore is he Jake's?]

How many of you get to take your horses to work with you? :)

[BensBud adds: That's Jake's-Staff in the sunglasses... hiding.]

The black and white pinto is the one I "rescued".  I brought him home "to find him a good home".  That was 17 years ago (1985).  My son named him "Willy" - he's 18.

This Red Dun Quarter Horse is "Hay You Missile".

April 25, 1977 - July 18, 2002
