[BensBud takes a liberty, and adds his own caption:  "In our world the way it is today, it gives me great pleasure and honor to thank, as often as I can, our men and women in uniform.  They work and sacrifice of themselves to give us the lives and freedom we enjoy.  We have a bona fide hero right here in our midst.  Thanks Fresian."]
Born this morning (April 30, 2004) at 4 am, Whitney has a little filly also!  Enclosed are some more pictures.
Little "No Name" Friesian filly, born last Saturday night (April 24, 2004).
These are of the Percheron mare I was looking for help on naming.  The name "Snow Storm's Cadence" (Katie) stuck though.  She is a little on the manure covered side due to laying down in her stall over night.

We recently purchased her to give riding lessons to larger riders.  She is wonderful, we even ride her double around the farm!

Only fair to include the two original horses of our farm!  This is "Serena's Elf Song" (aka Trouble) our two year old American Warmblood
Our 8 year old quarter horse mare "Questions of Roses" (aka Moosey) - I'm the one aboard.
This is our 10 year old brood mare, Whitney.  The foal "Shakespeare" now lives on another farm.
This is Silke our 5 year old mare

This is "Buck's Contender" otherwise known as "J.D."  The young man on his back is my son Dan and I am the one giving pointers.
The following is paraphrased from a thread on the bulletin board:

Friesian: "I have been called up by the Air Force Guard for three months."
BensBud: "Be safe where ever they send you, and know we are grateful."
Java: "Best Wishes where ever you may go!"
SueFromNY: "...we truly appreciate your protection of this great country. We will be thinking about you and wishing you safety at all times. Take care, and thank you! Be safe!"
CalysGal24:  "Good Luck and stay safe!"
SMH: "Be safe...! And THANK YOU VERY MUCH!"
Friesian: "Thanks to everyone for your support. Some of my squadron has recently been deployed to S.E. Asia. Can't say more then that... I was suppose to be with that group, but I am off to MP school and then I might join them."
