Seamus in a
harness for the first time. |
|
| He wasn't thrilled with either the britching or the blinkers, but he was a good boy and generally accepted my voice as a calming factor. I think with some practice, he'll be just fine. | |
| Never mind that I have the britching adjusted improperly. I didn't want to make him more agitated by fiddling with it. The harness is the one I've been using on Symphony... |

With this angle / lighting, you can make out
his body clip pretty easily. I left his head and legs... |

| "Okay Dad... I haven't kicked the crap out of you yet (or the kind lady holding me), and you've taken your pictures... can we be done now?" |

| Here's the money shot. We were trying to get his ears up, but with the first-time blinkers and two horses in the arena - he wanted nothing to do with any sounds except for whatever lions might be sneaking up on him. |

| Here's a nice sleigh shot that I liked. |

This is the reason we went through this
exercise. I'll admit that I wanted to see how he'd react to the harness too. :) Apologies to BarnHag |

The final outcome... It's on the door in 11" X 17" format. It was the largest I could get on short notice. |
